The staff let me take as much time as I needed to pick my frames and explained the cost breakdown very clearly, by item. Dr. Stacy Hieb completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry. She then obtained her Doctor of Optometry from Ohio State University College of Optometry. With 23 years of experience, Dr. Hieb has been practicing optometry at One Hour Optical throughout her entire career. She became an optometrist because she had such a positive experience with her own optometrist growing up. ?I love being an eye doctor! The best part of my job is forming relationships with patients, many of which last for decades.?

I have been looking for a solid optometrist in Colorado for years. I never felt my eye problems were taken seriously. Stacy was so kind, attentive, and funny! I really enjoyed my time with her. I was seen immediately upon arriving for my appointment. I was politely taken through various tests, then seen by the doctor who was very helpful and nice! At the end of the appointment I picked out my glasses with the assistance of one of the financial coordinators and she was awesome. I felt very comfortable here despite usually being nervous to go to new doctors, and I will definitely continue to get my routine check ups at this location!

The staff is super nice and helpful! They were very kind in helping me find frames, and made sure I got the best deal I could with insurance. Dr. Stein is so nice, offered a few different solutions to my eye problems and was very efficient with my appointment.

My experience was great, everyone was friendly and very helpful with me choosing my very first pair of glasses, even though I acted like a bratty child because I had to get glasses. I would definitely recommend this office and I will definitely come back.

The most unfriendly bunch I've ever seen- for ANYTHING, I'm 55,so I've seen some doctors in my life! No personalities what-so- ever, with any of them. They do some tests then whisk you off to the cashier/ the guy who helps pick your glasses. They give you a prescription that is only valid for that day! These folks should be in pharmaceuticals! I do not recommend this office and/or the staff who work there!
