We will discuss your presenting problem as well as goals for treatment. As sessions continue, we will evaluate as needed to ensure your progress. Therapy with me is a space for safety, insight, and transformation. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I’ll meet you where you are—with no judgment and full respect for your pace.
