Collaboratively, she will work with you to identify your treatment goals and develop a plan to help you achieve them. Dr. Grimaldi is committed to improving the quality of life of her patients, believes that all individuals are capable of great change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You will first have a brief 15-minute phone call with Dr. Grimaldi so she can learn about what you are looking for help with, answer any questions you may have, and discuss fees and scheduling. Your first appointment will then consist of an assessment during which you will be asked about your history and current concerns. Following the initial assessment, Dr. Grimaldi will create a treatment plan and you will be scheduled for weekly 50-minute telehealth psychotherapy sessions. If you require more intensive treatment, Dr. Grimaldi will discuss different options with you.
