About Dr. Stephen Lobaugh

My undergraduate studies were completed at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, majoring in Microbiology and Immunology. I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry, graduating with honors. I have been practicing in the Baltimore-Washington, DC area since 1997.
I specialize in primary eye care and contact lens services. I am certified by the International Association of Boards of Examiners in Optometry in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ocular disease. I also provide screenings and pre- and post-operative care for corrective laser refractive surgery.
My staff and I are very professional and will treat you with the compassion and attention you would expect as a patient. I am confident that you will see we provide our patients with the highest quality comprehensive eye care.
