About Dr. Steven A. Levak
Dr. Levak was born and raised in northeastern Ohio and has provided care for his patients throughout his entire professional career in the greater metropolitan Cleveland area. He graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Life Sciences. He then attended National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, where he earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and later obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Levak is well experienced in treating musculoskeletal injuries, accidents, and occupational illnesses and diseases. He employs a conservative, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care, incorporating advanced diagnostic imaging, specialty orthopedic, podiatric, medical management, and neurosurgical consultations to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.
With approximately 18 years of practice, Dr. Levak specializes in preparing medical-legal documentation for cases involving work-related or personal injury accidents. He understands the critical importance of generating accurate and concise medical records for these injuries, which helps ensure his patients receive all medically necessary and appropriate care to resolve their complaints.

Very knowledgeable and friendly doctor and staff. I felt really comfortable discussing my problem and hopes for treatment with them. Sadly, they aren’t covered by my insurance but that’s not the doctor’s fault!
