I love it. Excelent service, professional, nice attitude. Huge selection of frames. Definitely will recommend this place.
Terrible bedside manner and was rude. Did not wear a mask even while performing eye exam breathing into my face

Basic eye exam. 20 minutes was allocated which should be enough but I had to wait 40 minutes.

The doctor was super nice, as was all of the staff -- but I did wait an hour to see him, and filled out information a few times that I had already provided.
My appointment was fine. The staff did not explain any of the tests that they were doing, did not make sure I was comfortable. The doctor didn't believe me when I told him about concerns I was having.
I made an appointment for a regular eye/sight exam and arrived at the scheduled time. There were two separate tests then the third one was with the doctor. This test involved inserting eye drops in both eyes that felt sticky in the eyes - I wish I was explained this process so I felt uncomfortable. All three tests together took about 15 minutes but the total wait time in between was about 1 hour 45 minutes which I believe is an unreasonable time unless an expectation is set in advance. Then, I felt pressured to choose a glass frame - noting that I was not even asked if I wanted to consider glasses or contacts and I was only told afterwards that the exam done was only for glasses. I had to leave for another plan and I did not have enough time to think this over due to the unreasonably lengthy time taken. Doctor also did not ask if I wanted the test that requires eye dilation and marked that I declined this test (I had not). The visit was a waste of my time and money.
Eye exam was fine and Dr Givner was efficient at it. He was evasive when I asked about having my eyes dilated and when I finally said “is it no longer recommended?” He finally said “yes it’s recommended for someone with a high prescription like yours…. But I don’t know if your insurance will cover it,” before ushering me out. So I asked at the front desk and they said “yes it’s covered.” Ok … so then I asked to make another appointment to have it done and the gentleman in front said “oh I can let him know you want it done if you don’t mind waiting.” What? I think Dr Givner was just being lazy about it. Also, he wasn’t wearing a face mask and was doing a ton of coughing. Kind of off-putting. Aren’t face masks still required in a healthcare type setting ? Anyway , the location is super convenient. I’ll just see one of the other optometrists there instead.
The doctor was great, but waited over an hour and a half for the appointment. I would recommend booking an appointment earlier in the day as opposed to late afternoon as I did.
My overall experience was not pleasant. Two receptionist upon entering only one was friendly. Not nice for a first experience. The young lady who did my pre exam was nice and pleasant. The actual eye doctor was not pleasant or engaging at all. I was so ready for the exam to be over. Picking out glasses was not good either. The other receptionist the not friendly one just sat two trays in front of me and looked at me . I had to ask are these the glasses I pick from . No suggestions or comments about the frames Even when I asked a question I received a nonchalant response and posture . Would never reccommend this place to my family or friends

Avoid going to this practice. Went in to get my driving license renewed (which is a simple sight test) and with out communicating they started doing all those exams on me. They put some drops in my eyes for one of the test and I could not see anything or drive for about 3 hrs. NO ONE asked if I was ok with that or explained what was going to happen. Very unprofessional. They do it so they can charge the insurance company of all those extra exams you never asked in the first place. Avoid this place.

I was very disappointed with the physical interaction with Dr. Givner. I’ve never had such a hands on eye examination. I was very uncomfortable during the appointment
Dr. Giver was thorough, professional and friendly. I liked him very much and felt confident in his knowledge. I would definitely see him again. There is one gentleman at the front desk who doesn’t wear a mask. It was a little disconcerting because it’s the first time (since COVID) since I’ve seen that in a medical setting.
The staff and doctor were excellent. This is clearly a team of people that care about what they do. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic office, and I will be flying in for my checkups even after I move out of state.

The doctor was efficient but really short and unkind in the introduction, shaming me for not knowing more about my contacts that I was seeking his help on.
The doctor was very nice and very informative and pleasant. I felt very comfortable. The front staff receptionist had her mask under her chin, the 2 gentleman and another female staff that took pics of inside my eyes were "NOT" wearing a mask at all. The doctor wore mask and gloves

The doctor is great but I waited for a long time before seeing the doctor and the doctor went to take another patient during my appointment, which caused longer wait time.
Verified patient
Very knowledgeable. Answered all my random questions. Very accommodating to find the best solution for my eye allergy issue. TY doctor!
Verified patient
Doctor answered my questions clearly and did not rush me out the door as many medical offices tend to do when not really concerned with their patients and more about their bottom line.
The examination was quick yet thorough. The doctor explained eyesight issues to me clearly. The people behind the counter were very patient with me and let me try on at least a dozen pairs of glasses before I finally made a decision. Good experience overall. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Doc is superb. But front office staff over books and has to ask people to wait outside??? !!! Very unprofessional and discourteous!! AND we are supposed to be social distancing but there’s over 20 people in the lobby!!!!! Won’t be back...
