Getting to know Dr. Steven Razo
I’m a licensed psychologist and psychoanalyst providing individual therapy and psychological assessment for adults. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and recurring patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or uncertain about how to move forward.
My therapeutic approach is thoughtful, exploratory, and grounded in the belief that developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, our emotions, and our relationships can lead to meaningful and lasting change. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and work collaboratively toward your goals.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide psychological testing and evaluation services, including ADHD assessments, diagnostic clarification, and immigration-related psychological evaluations.
I offer services virtually and welcome patients seeking either therapeutic support or a careful, individualized psychological evaluation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first session, I’ll invite you to talk about what feels most important for you to address. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, and then share my thoughts and impressions. My approach is thoughtful, curious, and professional, with an emphasis on understanding your concerns in the context of your broader experiences and patterns.
