As a licensed clinician with more than five years of professional experience, I specialize in providing in-person and tele-mental health psychotherapy services to adult clients at Wellnite Health. As your counselor, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and productive therapeutic environment where we can work collaboratively to address your concerns and achieve your treatment goals. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges, including substance use concerns, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), adjustment and life-related concerns, and other DSM-5-TR-related mental health conditions. My therapeutic approach is informed by Psychodynamic Theory and Motivational Interviewing, allowing me to explore underlying patterns while supporting clients in developing insight, motivation, and meaningful change.
