It was a bit tricky to find the office at first because there are no signs pointing to the clinic. Google maps said it was on the 7th floor, their website doesn’t say the floor so I had to find out.”

It was fine, my first time getting a Pap smear and I was terrified. Was hoping the doctor would be more talkative to help my nerves, but felt like I was just being rushed to get the appointment over with. Had to wait over an hour for my appointment too. I get you do this 100 times a day, but if you’re going to be a doctor, please, have good social skills for nervous patients.

The office is large, clean, bright, and organized; a very comfortable atmosphere. My appointment was for 1:00 PM and I was seen straight away. I loved the attentiveness and knowledge of the doctor and staff, and as a random aside, the cloth gowns felt very luxurious after years of paper gowns (I was in for the annual exam).
I very much look forward to continuing with this office in the future. I was in and out quickly, but without feeling rushed.
The only thing to think about ahead of time is parking as Royal Oak parking lots (as a whole) are typically metered (nowadays, mostly via apps), so if you don't have the current parking apps for Royal Oak, make sure to give yourself a couple extra minutes to address that and find a parking spot.

It was very fast, but I could tell that they didn't really take the time to get to know me and understand my history. It wasn't very welcoming and no one showed me where to go for my labs. They also said they would talk to me about my lab results when they were in but I have been waiting a week and a half.

I was in and out in 40 minutes. That included filling out new patient paperwork. Dr. Lewis was friendly, professional, and efficient. Lab work can also be done on site so no need to go anywhere else.
