I’m so upset. I commuted over an hour only to be told that the doctor I was scheduled with wasn’t present. I even got a confirmation text two hours before. How was I supposed to know? I’m livid.

If you want a doctor who listens to you, look elsewhere. At one point I was trying to explain my ongoing issues with sleep (sleep apnea, multiple sleep studies done, etc.) and she interrupted me and said "well, have you tried sleep hygiene?" Wow, I've talked to 6 different doctors about this but you're the first one who ever mentioned better sleep habits, sure! That was the solution all along!
After I said I had and tried to explain, said she wasn't comfortable prescribing me the medication I take as-needed to help with sleep (which is very mild and you get over the counter. I get it as a prescription because it's cheaper that way).
This was just one example. Not a word I said was listened to, about any topic.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Hnin for a physical, and I was incredibly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Hnin was fantastic. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and well-being.

Dr. Hnin was very kind, thorough, and communicative. She expressed genuine interest and care, and got all relevant tests done right away. The nurses/staff were very friendly as well, and the wait time was very short. I definitely recommend.

Office staff greeted me warmly and were aware of my appointment. The waiting area was clean, and not over crowded. I was taken into an exam room quickly by a really nice assistant, all vitals taken efficiently. She even did my needed EKG. Then I waited; at least 30 minutes. Once the doctor arrived, the exam was thorough, and she took the time to answer my questions, and took the time to ask me questions, as well. I felt like she really wanted to know what was going on, and to make sure she had all the information she felt was important. I'm thinking it took such a long time for her to start the exam, because she was providing the same kind of care for other patients who had earlier appointments. I am willing to wait, to get good, thorough care.
