The wait was very long.. But that could be because it was a Saturday. The doctor took her time with me and discussed all my issues..so I'm sure that added to everyones wait time..

I had a medical emergency due to an infection and had to see the OBGYN asap, the receptionist(Guyanese Nationality- to be exact) was super nasty. She was rude, gave me a hard time, told me they had a full schedule and was outright disgusting. Clearly she does not have kids nor know the meaning of the term medical emergency. After arguing with her for for several minutes- the manager granted me the appointment with the doctor. Let's just say I am no longer going to be using this practice for Gynocological Services.

Just Useless !! Dr. comes in with the rush and never listen properly when I ask her question. To be honest, she didn't help me out about my problem. Not worth to be an OBGYN doctor. I am not going there again anymore.... And her assistance too useless!! she watches the food recipe on the computer while I was in the room with her, waiting for doctor. Horrible experience !!

I was extremely upset that she was not listening to my problem especially because It wasn't just for a check up, but I came out the ER and was still in bad pain. I felt like she was brushing me off to go see her next patient. She kept telling me my issue was something else and I went straight back to the ER to find out it was more serious than she was saying. She also told me come in the next day to see another doctor or make an appointment another day for a sonogram when I was having the pain right then and there and I was in her office.

Dr. Kambi is ok, not he most friendly or personable but not the worst I've seen. Her sonogram technician again I cannot say this enough she is terrible. Her bedside manner is awful, she is insensitive and unprofessional.

I was brought into the treatment room again by the sonogram technician who was training the front desk girl about sonograms and did not ask me if I minded her being in the room for my exam. They are so unprofessional at this office it's unbelievable

Wait time was beyond ridiculous! Making an appointment ahead of time is totally pointless!!!! Doctor was incompetent and some girls in the front desk got some attitude problem. I also DO NOT appreciate the amount of spam emails I get from this clinic, and I'm pretty sure they sell your information too!!!! Stay away from this shady place!!!!

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes and she only spent about ten minutes with me before I was out of her office. This was my first experience here and I will not be returning. The staff overbooks appointments which makes the entire experience very frustrating.

It is terrible. I ask for appointment a week ahead, than a week later I start receiving emails, text messages on phone, again a phone call a day before for the remainder of the appointment. I appreciate that. However when I reach to the Clinic 15 min ahead of the appointment, I had to wait for 2.5 hours to get it done for pressure check and other regular stuff before seeing the Doctor is something very disappointing. That too after after creating a scene with the staff which i don't want to do. There is something wrong on the system or else no use of making appointment. Walk in patient are best served. IMPROVE IMPROVE AND IMPROVE.

The doctor didn't really hear me out. I almost had a miscarriage the day before the appointment and she told me that it was just gas. She checked my cervix when I just needed some advise and spasm medication. I'm upset that this clinic has me seeing a different doctor for every follow up (every 3 weeks). I'll be looking for another doctor.

It was my first time coming to this facility and I made the appointment on a Tuesday morning. I didn't expect it to be packed. For almost 2 hours waiting time, the nurse/assistant finally took me in to have my vitals taken. I worked in a medical field and I completely understood how busy it could get. The staff were polite, although I expected more from the receptionists. A simple smile or thank you/goodbye for the clients coming in and out would be a plus. Dr. Kambi on the other hand was good. She was nice, however, I felt like she was in a rush to see me. Overall, the facility was clean and orderly and for the staff it was average. I would still go back here for future appointments. There's always room for their improvement. :-)

Loved her! She is very polite and gentle. She hears you and tries to explain what your symptoms might be. Definately reccomend her. The staff is also nice and the office is clean and my waiting time was not long. I arrived at 930 and was out in less than an hour.

A highly unorganized and confused office. I was scheduled for an HPV shot which comes in three doses and they no longer carried it therefore I was sent to a few pharmacies to pick it up and no one carries it. I do not reccomend this office if you have a job because all they do is waste your time.

Very nice doctor. Listened to my needs . but the wait was way too long 2 hours . maybe I went on a bad day. I like that they have something called a patient portal account online and I can see all my info. Will go back I just hope the wait is shorter.

Dr. Kambi was professional and warm. Staff were also polite and nice. However, it took two hours for the doctor to see me. The clinic was packed! I don't know if I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.

I love it! The wainting time was sort, and the inside visit fast! They was very quit and i do jot have time tonbe waiting , they finish everything, pap, blood tedt sonogram in no more than 40 min !!
