Scheduling the appointment was told my insurance was accepted, but the consultation was free. Ten minutes before arriving got a text indicating great news I can receive treatment. Arrived filled out all the paperwork, and was only then told my insurance wasn’t accepted. Super deceptive. Beware.

Had to wait over an hour and a half for the appointment, only got 10 minutes of acupuncture - and even that, she only used 15 needles at .18mm; the minimum. After that, someone else came in to do a 20 minute message as the accupuncturist left the office. Then the front desk said she didn't know how to submit my claim for insurance - I ended up having to pay out of pocket and asking for a super bill. Horrible experience.

She was very informative; explained what she was going to do. And what it was targeting. I enjoyed it. The massage was also good & helpful; alleviated some of the tension in the neck & shoulder area.
