Booked an appointment with this Doctor for 3:45pm and was told I did not make an appointment with her and would not be able to be seen until the following day. Appointments don’t mean that you’ll actually be seen. Receptionist was super nice and helpful! I had to go to an urgent care instead.

Showed up early for my appointment as per Zocdocs recommendation and the office was still closed. I had to wait outside for 20 minutes in 25 degree weather. Once they finally opened and let me in I was told they did not have an appointment for me. Apparently booking through Zocdoc is not valid. Why put services on Zocdoc then? Staff was friendly and offered to rebook but I have no interest in returning. I don’t understand why the burden is on the patient to call and schedule an appointment they have seemingly already scheduled and confirmed through Zocdoc??

This was my second time making an appointment with them where they cancelled on me last minute. I took off of work twice equaling two times where I lost money for making an appointment here. I would recommend that you don’t waste your time here.
