Dr Keppel is excellent ! She is very compassionate and efficient. She really heard my concerns and immediately went into action creating a plan which I was included in also. Dr Keppel did not speak over my head . Medical terms can be difficult to understand but I left the visit with a full understanding of a health plan both Dr Keppel and I created. I feel confident all will be well
