I believe that healing begins when you feel truly heard, accepted, and understood. I work with adults experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical, grounded in person-centered therapy and informed by evidence-based approaches such as strengths-based work, CBT, and somatic-informed interventions. Together, we'll explore what may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths, values, and experiences that make you who you are. I believe therapy is a place where you can be your authentic self without judgment, where your story matters, and where meaningful change is possible. For those who find it helpful, we can also explore questions of meaning, spirituality, and personal values as part of your healing journey. My goal is to walk alongside you as you develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and authentic.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
