In 2009, I achieved the Indiana state-required designation as a Health Service Provider of Psychology after completing an additional year of post-doctoral training. My graduate education was deeply rooted in health psychology and the treatment of complex trauma, which remains a central focus of my practice today. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the emotional and interpersonal effects of psychological trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss. Throughout my 18-year career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, families, and seasoned adults.
