My graduate education was deeply rooted in health psychology and the treatment of complex trauma, which remains a central focus of my practice today. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the emotional and interpersonal effects of psychological trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss. Recently, I have also trained in the utilization of EMDR treatment for trauma via telehealth, expanding my toolkit to better support my clients' needs in a virtual setting. Throughout my 16-year career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, families, and seasoned adults. Each individual brings their unique story and goals, and it is my honor to support them on their journey. I believe that therapy is a courageous step, and I am here to provide a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore and grow.
