She was very kind and professional, as was everyone that was working in the office.

While the professional was nice enough, the office felt like a back-door side business. If you're looking for no frills, this was the place for you. There was no real receptionist, and the doctor handled all her own billing (which wasinaccurate, I believe). It's the most I've ever paid out of pocket for an eye exam. When questioned, the dr said it's all my insurance pays...but that's never been the case in the past.

She could have been friendlier.

Dr. O'Shea was very welcoming and friendly! She gave a very thorough eye exam and helped to diagnose an astigmatism which my previous optometrist had never helped to correct. I would recommend her to a friend most certainly.
