This office clearly double books, which was confirmed by the nurse I saw who said the wait is always like this. I was kept waiting for almost an hour for a 10 minute or less appointment. The front desk did not apologize even when I said I wouldn’t be returning for a follow up due to their apparently regular double-booking.
