“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Bethel with Dr. Cha. I was able to fill out my paperwork prior to the appointment and submit a copy of my insurance card. Upon arrival, I waited maybe about 5 minutes before being called. It was a morning appointment so I’m not sure if this will be the case if my appointment was later on in the day. The bedside manners of all staff I interacted with were excellent. Dr. Cha was friendly and gave helpful insights regarding my vision concerns. The office space was beautiful and clean.
I highly recommend this office and Dr. Cha.
