Dr. Sydney Gross is a residency-trained and board-certified optometrist, focusing on ocular disease. She is from Midland, Michigan, and completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. She then attended optometry school at Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Gross completed her residency in ocular disease at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital on Gila River Indian Reservation in Sacaton, Arizona. She then joined the team at Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and American Academy of Optometry and enjoys participating and presenting at meetings. In her free time, Dr. Gross enjoys CrossFit and coaching to help others meet their fitness goals. She also likes spending time outdoors, golfing, cooking, watching sports (especially hockey), and being with family and friends.
