Dr Mansour is very compassionate, caring and an outstanding eye doctor, who puts you at complete ease for a thorough exam, without missing a beat. He is one of the finest physicians at GW I met over 10 years, where I had many accomplished specialists. I will trust this doctor with eyes closed!
Verified patient
It was tricky to find the correct office as there is another Dr Mansour in the building and the signage tripped me up. Once I found the right place the receptionist was friendly and the doctor who was assisting Dr Mansour was very thorough and attentive. Then my visit with Dr Mansour was equally professional and friendly.

Each year I schedule my appointment with Dr. Mansour and enjoy the discussions we have while he checks my eyes. This year, I learned a little more about his work to prevent blindness in South America. He's a good man and doctor.
Verified patient

Verified patient
Dr. Mansour is fantastic. I was very appreciative of the time that he spent meeting with me and explaining eye care with me. It is rare to find a doctor who takes such good care of his patients.
Verified patient
Very patient and willing to answer any questions or ease any concerns. I did not feel rushed at all and he was very kind throughout the appointment.
Verified patient
I wish the wait wasn't so long. I love Dr. Mansour, he's very professional, friendly and thorough. I travel pretty far and pay for parking just to see him!
Verified patient
Dr. Mansour is very professional with an excellent, friendly bedside manner. He and his assistant got my exam finished quickly and efficiently and figured out what my vision problem was. However, the wait was far too long given that I showed up on time/slightly early; the office initially had problems with my insurance and had to call about it, delaying the process further; and one of the receptionists was very rude to me when I politely mentioned that I was concerned about time, as I had to return to work after the appointment. She responded, "Well, I have to do MY JOB -- that's priority number one!" To be fair, she later behaved much more kindly after I came out from seeing the doctor, perhaps realizing she had put me off.
Verified patient
This was my first time seeing Dr. Mansour and I would definitely recommend him! He was very pleasant and super friendly. The two woman at the reception desk were nice as well.

Staff is very professional

This is an outstanding practice-- the office staff is welcoming, as are the doctors. No wait time, great communication and thorough exam. This practice also provides learning/teaching opportunities to residents and newly minted doctors. Dr. Mansour is an outstanding doctor.
Verified patient
This is the 4th ophthalmologist that I am seeing in the past 10 months and he is the only one that provided me with a clear explanation of my condition and prescribed a treatment which I am sure will work.
Before seeing Dr. Mansour, I spent most of my appt. time with a technician (Raj) who was very pleasant and very thorough in checking my vision and directing me through the various eye tests for my yearly routine eye check-up. My time with Dr. Mansour went quickly, but I didn't feel rushed. He remembered me as a patient and answered all my questions in detail and in plain language.
Verified patient
As aways, he was extremely informative, friendly and sympathetic. He treats my questions with respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Great front desk staff. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk who was so very pleasant. Ruth, the tech, was very thorough too. Dr. Mansour was fantastic, so pleasant and efficient.
Verified patient
This was a very good visit. Dr. Mansour is very personable and easy to talk with. he seems genuinely concerned and open to patient's questions, explaining proceedures and providing assurance.
I liked that he was very thorough and patient and I was pleasantly surprised that he recommended the cost-effective alternative of getting stronger reading glasses rather than getting prescription glasses and/or more tests.
