With over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan in navigating challenges related to neurodevelopmental disorders, mood and behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma and adjustment, and presurgical procedures. My practice integrates both therapeutic intervention and comprehensive psychological assessment for diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and meaningful goal progress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where every person feels heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In therapy, interventions consistent with a cognitive behavioral therapy approach guide treatment goals and progress that is unique to each individual.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first session, I like to gather information about strengths, concerns, supports, and goals for treatment. We will also discuss expectations for therapy and basic information relevant to services. Sessions are typically 1 hour.
