I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience doing therapy for adults, families, and adolescents. I have worked in a lot of different treatment settings, including outpatient centers, residential treatment, juvenile detention, and psychiatric hospitals. I am experienced in diagnosing and treating everything from mild depression or anxiety to serious suicidal thoughts, debilitating anxiety, and substance addiction. My passion is helping people to get unstuck in life, which may mean getting unstuck from a person or a commitment, but often this means getting unstuck from thoughts and feelings that are keeping you in a constant state of distress. I do this by maintaining a constant curiosity to learn the unique aspects of you as a person and the situations you encounter so that together we can create a plan that will best support your goals.
