The doctor did not ask me the appropriate history questions and was quick with the exam. I was uncomfortable and she did not take her time to explain and see what I was comfortable with. This felt very rushed and not thorough. As the visit continued, more and more things came up as she did not review my chart or ask the questions before. I did not feel respected and listened to.

I had my first appointment with Dr Tatiana Ricketts and she is absolutely wonderful from my initial meeting her, through the appointment and right to the end of the appointment. She’s professional, courteous and she has a wonderful bedside manner.
The lady who met me at the front desk when I went in was also professional, courteous and polite.
Last but not least, the nurse who attended to me was absolutely wonderful also, professional, courteous and polite.
