What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I provide healthcare along with health education to my patients. My goal is to understand my patients as well as I make them understand their health and choices of treatment. I also focus on patient satisfaction.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A PCP has a significant role in understanding the physical and behavioral health of their patients. They should be able to identify, treat, and follow up on these patient needs, as well as get appropriate consults when and if needed.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a physician who loves to take care of my patients. I love to travel, and I have had the experience of working abroad. I like to understand healthcare systems in different countries. I read and do gardening in my spare time.

This doctor could not care less. I came in with a known thyroid nodule, a family history of thyroid disease, and symptoms including fatigue, low energy, and frequent periods. Despite discussing these concerns, no additional testing or referrals were offered (such as thyroid antibody testing, ferritin, vitamin D, or a thyroid ultrasound).
After this visit, I had a nurse practitioner who ordered appropriate labs and referrals, which revealed abnormal results requiring further evaluation.
The nurse practitioner from another health provider did a great job, while this doctor just did not do her job. Don't schedule with this doctor if you have health concerns.

There was no opportunity for me to ask questions or to address any of my concerns. I felt very rush. I felt like she did not listen to me. I would not go back to this provider and this is why I don’t like these medical doctors because You are just treated like another number she literally said to me in the appointment. Oh, we only have a few minutes left. She lack empathy and just overall bedside manners because I’ve never been to a doctor’s appointment where I just feel so unheard and none of my concerns addressed.

Was on the call for 9 minutes before she turned me away. She also refused to take notes for herself and insisted on using an AI assistant on zoom to take notes for her. When I said this was not what I wanted she said it was ok for this session but we would use it next one. There will be no next one.

Provider was perfectly pleasant, but I didn’t get anything I asked for. I booked my appointment under the impression that I was establishing a virtual PCP relationship and would be seen for an annual exam. This wasn’t that at all—she briefly listened to me explain just one of the many issues I wanted to address, told me I should see a PCP in-person, and that she would send me a referral for a specialist that I would receive within a week or two (why so long?). When asked, she also told me that she could not (would not?) order any labs for me. She also seems to rely on AI note taking, and when I opted out, she wanted to know why. If I hadn’t been so resolute about it, I think she would have tried to sway my decision. She’s probably fine if you’re looking for an urgent care type of visit. I wasn’t, and I made that clear when I booked my appointment—so for me, it felt like a waste of time and money. Back to the drawing board, I guess.

Dr. Kazmi was immediately upset that I opted out of her using AI notes for my ten minute appointment. She was very curt with me throughout the appointment. She then tried to tell me her office didn’t accept my insurance (they were listed as in-network) and was rude about that. I would very much not recommend Dr. Kazmi nor would I see her again.

This doctor is using her own app circle medical to host the video chat and I'm not sure if she's double charging her insurance or not. Anyway she wouldn't prescribe me antibiotic ear drops for a clear case of outer ear infection. I have another doctor's appointment on Tuesday booked through sock dock and she didn't acknowledge that at all and she barely listened to me I had to fight with her to prescribe me augmentin and she treated me like a child throughout I hope you investigate this person and remove them from the app
