Doctor and staff were great. However the office is far too small for the number of patients and wait time is several hours.

Longest wait of my life. I waited for 5 hours maybe more. But besides that it was good. She did test and everything.

No respetan tiempo de hora de cita. Atienden por orden de llegada. No hay sentido hacer cita!!!!

I my visit was very good, all tests were done at her office staff very kind and helpful.

The waiting time here is unbearable. Doctor Gondolo is great but the visit felt rushed.
If you got all day and don’t mind crowd in tiny space then you might like it

Dr. Gondolo has a good bedside manner and her staff is excellent. She is fluent in Italian and one of her staff speaks it as well, which was important to me because the appointment was for my mom, who speaks Italian as a first language. The two-hour wait, however, was ridiculous. Plus, the waiting room was so full that we had to wait in the entryway. What was frustrating is that this overcrowding seems to be by design: the time for our follow-up appointment was listed as "8-12". If Dr. Gondolo wants to operate her office as a walk-in clinic, that's truly fantastic, but she shouldn't take specific appointments.

Very professional
I went to Dr. Gondolo after my previous neurologist, of many years, left NYC. Dr. Gondolo, herself, seems pretty knowledgable and doesn't rush through the appointment. However, the wait time is kind of ridiculous. I waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. This alone is reason for me to continue looking for another neurologist.

Worth the wait

Had to wait 45 mins even with an appt. Besides that, she did a good job at listening, asking questions, and prioritizing patients when needed

A pesar que me tocó esperar más de 3 horas entre el appoiment y el examen, salí muy contenta por el profesionalismo de la Dra y la cordialidad de su equipo

The Dr. Is great in person and appears to care but is horrible with following up. She had me do 2 exams onsite but never sat down with me to discuss the results. She prescribed me medication which i haven't been able to take because she filled the eprescribe incorrectly. Left a message to call me back and she hasn't reached out in over a week. This doctors only concern is having a waiting room full of patients that she was no intent on properly treating. I was greatly disappointed.
Gosh. The wait at this place is just insane. The doc is very nice but seemed a bit rushed. I had an appt for 10:30 and arrived at 10. I was not seen till 12. I left the office at around 2pm. The space is very tiny and it gets extremely packed. Chairs are super tiny and uncomfortable and at one time I had to stand because they only have a few chairs. Overall the experience was horrible. I'm just really hoping this doctor is as good as all the other reviews claim. I have a follow up in 4 weeks to go over my results so I will review again then.

Do not bother wasting your health, time and money on this doctor. Dr. Gondolo has nice manners and is respectful. It Is unfair that good doctors have the Medical Board on their backs to check if they are doing a good job while Dr. Gondolo is running production line of patients. She has patients waiting from 4 to 6 hours with no consideration for the elderly. She spends 1 minute to 3 minutes with patients. She walks out of the room and the next thing you know her staff is taking you back to the waiting room. This is a lack of respect for people who are seeking medical help. The Medical Board should be checking doctors like her running a production line of patients with no care. It seems as you are paying a co-payment to see a movie star, rather than a real doctor. She is useless.
Dr. Teresella Gondolo has one of the best bedside manners for a doctor. You can tell she cares for you and really wants to figure out what the issue is. She is very thorough with her evaluation as well. On another note, even when she knew that I was a healthcare professional (not in her field), she did not have an ounce of condescension. I wish all doctors were like her. I would highly recommend her!

Muy. Buena. Doctora.

Considering the sudden short notice, her availability was a plus. It's a very busy office so be sure to arrive an hour or so before your appointment and I assure you that you'll be seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time slot. She is very thorough and polite. Good bedside manner and listener. The staff is good. Again a very busy office but that's a given considering the medical attention and service you'll get. Overall good experience.
