About Dr. Theodore Archdale

Dr. Ted Archdale grew up in Wisconsin and did his undergraduate work at UW Eau Claire and then his Optometry training in Chicago at the Illinois College of Optometry. Following graduation he then completed an ocular disease residency in Albuquerque New Mexico and since moving has enjoyed living in the west. Dr Archdale moved to Colorado in 1991 and started Archdale Eyecare in 1993 and has become a dedicated eye doctor with over 25 years of experience. He has excelled at fitting difficult to fit contact lens patients as well as managing eye disease, including dry eyes, cataracts and glaucoma. He and his wife have 2 adult children and enjoys the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer like fishing, hunting, skiing and hiking. His Christian beliefs bring caring and compassion to his practice of optometry. 2 Cor 5:7 “Walk by faith, not by sight.”
