About Dr. Thomas DeWall

I attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology degree and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I also studied acupuncture and received my certification upon graduation. A lot of my post-graduate training has been focused on motor vehicle crash injuries, including live crash testing with human subjects at the Spine Research Institute in San Diego. I’m also certified to perform DOT examinations. My recent focus in practice has been acupuncture. This ancient form of health care continues to amaze me with the improvement it can make in a person’s life. It stimulates the body's natural painkillers, promotes relaxation and lowers stress, improves sleep, promotes vitality, and is complementary to Western Medicine by enhancing effectiveness and minimizing side effects. There's a reason it's been around for thousands of years! The Elk River area has been my home for the past 27 years. During time off, I enjoy bow hunting, kayaking, golf, and travel, usually somewhere in the southwestern US.
