“Tore meniscus in my right knee a few years ago and scope procedure was completed successfully by Dr. Kay. One year after was able to complete half Hancock stair climb. Last year nonsurgical injury to my left knee and not a good response to a cortisone injection. Dr. Kay stuck with me and after 3 injections, I was able to heal. Over one year later I have been able to participate in exercises I love such as walking, aqua Zumba, swimming, exercise classes and yoga. I have lost 20#, cut my anti-inflammatory use down to as needed, and able to enjoy my work and activities again. My knees aren’t perfect but I am so much better! I’m thankful for where I am today and thankful Dr. Kay and his team helped me get to this point! ” Janice A.
