Dr. Nguyen received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to attending school in Boston, Dr. Nguyen attended the University of Houston, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree.
Dr. Nguyen received training in various specialities including contact lens fittings, LASIK and cataract surgery co-management, dry eye treatment, and the management of Glaucoma and Diabetic Retinopathy. She enjoys working with all types of contact lenses, and has experience with hard to fit cases, including keratoconus patients, rigid gas permeable lenses, multifocal contacts, and orthokeratology.
Dr. Nguyen moved to The Woodlands from Houston 5 years ago and has seen many of the changes our community has gone through. Dr. Nguyen’s husband is a cardiologist in The Woodlands and along with their two children, they have made The Woodlands their home and love raising their family here. Dr. Nguyen looks forward to providing great eye care and service for you and your family for many years to come.
