A bit about me...
I was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and have always had a passion for sports and natural healing. Over the years, I sustained quite a few injuries and saw others I trained with get injured as well. My love for sports led me to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Rehabilitation & Therapeutic Exercise from California State University, Los Angeles.
My rehabilitation background has given me community outpatient experience, including acute neuro-rehab, spinal cord injury, and strength & conditioning. Through this experience, I developed a broad perspective on the bridge of health care from wellness to acute care to rehabilitation.
I worked as a Personal Trainer for 10 years, mostly focusing on helping people recover from injuries and come back stronger than ever. Eventually, I wanted to further my career, learn new skills, and help more people, which led me to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences.

Dr Tim is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring. He listens to my concerns and takes the time to tailor treatment to my specific issues. He explains things clearly and thoroughly. My low back and hip pain consistently feel better after each treatment. I also work with Dr Tim for strength coaching, which has helped my lower back health and overall wellness tremendously.
