About Dr. Timothy Powell

Dr. Powell is the owner of the practice and has been practicing optometry in the Valley for twenty five years. He received his Doctorate in 1987 from Pacific University College of Optometry . He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University. He is certified to diagnose and treat diseases of the eyes, as well as pre-, and post- operative care for cataracts, lasik and other refractive procedures. Dr. Powell uses the latest technology for fitting contacts and fits all types of contacts including the latest Synergy lens. He is also a certified CRT specialist, which means he is trained to fit contacts that correct your vision while you sleep. ?Outside of the office Dr. Powell likes to travel internationally, 'play' fantasy football and scuba dive.
