About Dr. Timothy Sopp

Dr. Sopp earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Parker University in Dallas, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Anatomy and Health & Wellness. Early in his career, he trained with the C.L.E.A.R. institute, specializing in spinal biomechanics and scoliosis rehabilitation. In 2012, Dr. Sopp opened and operated a thriving chiropractic clinic in Lisbon, Portugal, where he helped thousands of patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and avoid unnecessary surgery. In addition to spinal care, he has extensive experience addressing shoulder, knee, elbow, and wrist dysfunction. Fluent in Portuguese and able to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, Dr. Sopp brings a global perspective and a genuine heart for service. Although he was raised in Pennsylvania and Ohio, he was born in Florida and always felt called back to the Sunshine State. Dr. Sopp’s passion for chiropractic care is deeply personal. After being seriously injured in a car accident at a young age, he experienced firsthand what it feels like to seek relief, answers, and hope. That experience shapes his care philosophy today: to meet every patient with empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping them regain function, confidence, and quality of life.
