What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial Diagnostic Assessment may take 1-2 appointments. If counseling is recommended, most patients are seen weekly to bi-weekly for 6-12 sessions. Individual sessions may range in length from 30 mins to 60 mins, depending upon need. Coaching is typically provided in 30 minute sessions. Consults can be scheduled for those who are uncertain what they are looking for.
