Hi, I’m Dr. Todd Brickman, a Sinus and Sleep Surgeon at ADVENT. I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and knew from a young age that I wanted to become a doctor. My path to medicine was influenced by both personal experiences and academic curiosity—watching my father work as a funeral director gave me early exposure to life and loss, while a middle school coach sparked my interest in human physiology. Together, they shaped my path toward a career where compassion and hands-on care help change lives for the better. I chose to specialize in otolaryngology (ENT) because it blends medicine and patient collaboration, giving me the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. I enjoy treating sinus and sleep concerns because they often go overlooked—many people don’t realize how much better life can be until they breathe and sleep properly again. At ADVENT, I’m able to follow patients from diagnosis through treatment and recovery. I believe in educating patients about their conditions so they can feel confident and empowered on their health journey. My approach to care is grounded in respect and honesty.
