Dr. Torre Franz, PsyD

Psychologist
PA
I'm here to help you explore your life and find a deeper sense of purpose and vitality. I especially connect with people who are curious about the meaning of their lives and their place in the world. Unfortunately, therapy is often seen as a last resort because of how it's been treated in the medical field. But no matter where you are on this journey, I'm happy to support anyone who has struggled to find the help they need elsewhere. Together, we'll explore your unique qualities and how your past experiences shape your current struggles. Therapy helps us understand these patterns, giving you the power to break free and make choices that feel right for you. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration, both from Widener University, which enrich my approach to therapy by blending clinical expertise with practical insights. I welcome you to reach out and am happy to answer any questions you have. I acknowledge that the process of finding a psychotherapist can be incredibly frustrating. My utmost priority is to make this process as painless as possible. I am more than willing to engage in a conversation and discuss any concerns or questions you may have before we start treatment. Please feel free to reach out directly if you have any questions-you can call or text me.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is usually curious, inquisitive, and sometimes challenging. I adopt a client-centered approach, giving you the freedom to make the changes you’re ready and willing to implement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial therapy sessions are usually more structured and assessment-oriented. I’ll ask about your background and life experiences to better understand your situation and why you’re seeking therapy. As we progress, we’ll collaborate to identify the root causes of your challenges and explore potential solutions. There’s no obligation to continue if you don’t feel like we’re a good fit.
