I support busy professionals by providing a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, I help you recognize why you think and feel the way you do. My approach is gentle, yet firm, compassionate, and laid-back. I offer teletherapy in 39+ states through PsyPACT.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
