About Dr. Tulani Washington-Plaskett

Tulani Washington-Plaskett, MD Dr. Washington-Plaskett is a board-eligible Cardiologist with additional fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Washington completed her fellowship training in Cardiovascular Medicine and subsequently Interventional Cardiology at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. Washington completed her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Washington has a special interest in coronary artery disease and intervention, peripheral vascular disease, cardiovascular disease in women, and health disparities. Dr. Washington is a native of the Fort Washington area and in her spare time enjoys tennis and traveling. She enjoys working in familiar territory serving patients in Southern Maryland.
