Had set up on line appointment but still had to wait with only one other person in waiting room .. had nose swabbed & she said would be back in 10 minutes with results .. 30 plus minutes later had to open door of exam room to ask for assistance .. this time a man came in & said I tested negative for flu & covid .. did not test for RSV .. very poor staff assistance .. not helpful or courteous
