The office itself was okay. It was the surrounding area that was not very nice. I was standing outside the office because they were closed for lunch. My appointment was at 1:00. One of the staff members came in did not speak to me. Did not look at me. When we entered the office. She went around to the front desk and she asked me did I have an appointment. She never greeted me. I said I did have an appointment. The next words out of her mouth was, "well. They should have told you" When I asked her what was she talking about. She said that they should have called me and told me that the provider had a family emergency. I turned and walked out the clinic without listening to anything else. Once I got to my car I called to speak to the manager because I did not receive phone calls or any emails from this office letting me know that the appointment was canceled. I was very disappointed because I'm a diabetic and I have not seen the doctor in 18 months.
