Originally from the East Coast, I began my education studying behavioral neuroscience and psychology at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. I then earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University (formerly Pacific Graduate School of Psychology) in Palo Alto, California.
