About Dr. Vaughnette Jones

Dr. Vaughnette M. Jones is a board-trained pediatrician with over 25 years of experience who now also provides adult primary care and sexual health services. After earning her MD from Meharry Medical College (Nashville, TN; 1990–1994), she completed her Pediatrics residency at Children’s National Medical Center (Washington, DC; 1997). As Medical Director and Senior Provider of The R.O.C. Clinic, Dr. Jones leads a patient-centered, judgment-free practice that expands access to high-quality care. The clinic—part of The R.O.C. (Reimagine Our Community) Center—is a community-based organization focused on accessible primary care and comprehensive sexual health, including prevention, screening, and treatment, with an emphasis on education and supportive services for individuals and families. Dr. Jones’s clinical passions include preventive care, chronic disease management, STI testing and treatment, and empowering patients with clear, practical guidance. Her approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and welcoming to all adults and adolescents.
