“The medical assistant who initially met with me was quite frustrating to deal with (pedantic, dismissive, etc.), but Dr. Diaz couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. I’ve been dealing with maddening pain for years now, and so many doctors have passed the buck because it’s a difficult diagnosis. I am so utterly relieved to have met with him, and I actually feel hopeful for the first time in years that my condition will be treated and managed properly. Unfortunately, as I was departing the office, the same assistant later told me that everything Dr. Diaz promised to do for me was not actually going to happen. This absolutely crushed my spirits, but thankfully I ran into the doctor again and it was clarified that he did indeed follow through with what he had promised and the assistant was misinformed/entirely ignorant of these developments. Not a fan of this particular assistant but Dr. Diaz is beyond amazing. Just everything you would want in a caring doctor.”
