The entire team was amazing! Sandra is my sister in law who is legally deaf and they took great care of her and in a professional timely manner. Definitely would recommend! Special shout out to Kecia, Dr. Kevin, Marvin, Sasha, and Keke for being so great! If I missed anyone's name, please forgive me. The entire team is AMAZING

The entire team was amazing! They took great care of me and in a professional timely manner. Granted I'm in so much pain but they took the necessary steps on finding out what's wrong, treating me, and aftercare instructions. Even with all the pain, each team member was able to make me smile. I booked online appointment for 2pm i arrived at 1:30 and was told they didn't recognize appointments booked on Zocdoc to use there website and I didn't get out of there till 4:30.

That I waited for 59 minutes to see the doctor. Who then spent less than sixty seconds with me. Then he walked out. Never asked about my pain level which was significantly high. I was put in an exam room for over 30 minutes. When I asked for an ETA I was told we don't have one. I will never use this facility again. There was only one person in the waiting room when I arrived.

This was a new experience contacting urgent care.
In scheduling online with Zoo...it didn't through the system, I had to use the kiosk once I arrived. After the sign in, the process flowed seamlessly.
Iwas seen in a timely manner, facility was immaculate and the staff was friendly.

Intentionally I was told that they were at capacity and wasn’t taking any more patients, but I let her know that I had an appointment through Zocdoc for 4:30pm. She advised that the zocdoc system and their system doesn’t communicate well so she didn’t see my appointment I then showed proof that I in fact had an appointment. I then explained to her this is my second visit with the same symptoms. I was then advised that the doctor rather I go to the ER. What a waste of my time!

Verify that Zocdoc is connected to the facility. Zocdoc appointments did not appear in the doctor's office system. I just decided to show up and they were able to see me.

The office was well maintained, very clean & organized. The staff was friendly. They weren't aware of my appointment. They specifically stated they do not take/make appointments and that ZocDoc is a 3rd party which they didn't use. However, they did honor the appointment. I saw the NP which was a man. He had great bedside manner. Wish they worked a little faster but overall the wait was minimal but for someone in pain even a few extra seconds is a long time. I wish they would have taken more time to explain the injection I received and any possible side effects, also that the medication from the injection had a stinging effect when traveling through the body which prevented me from sleeping on my back or side (not much of a stomach sleeper) so I didn't get much sleep. When reviewing the discharge paperwork I noticed an error; when I called to inform them of the mistake I was told I had to wait until the NP was back in the office (2 days later).

I'm here from out of state my grand daughter 7 yrs had a terrible toothache/ headache front desk did not try to accommodate services for us are talk to a M D on duty was worried about the insurance my god urgent care! Turn children away? Georgia do better @ im a nurse from Minnesota in all my 30 yrs we have never turned anyone away especially a child ! Could I at least paid for her services?

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Because I was a first time visitor and wasn’t sure of the check in process they informed me of what I needed to do. They also double checked with me to confirm the reason for my visit. Once I was taken to the back the staff explained the next steps to me and ensured I understood. Once the physician came in he took his time in explaining my results, next steps and follow up information with me.

I was told by the receptionist that Zocdoc did not link for appointments. So, when I arrived for a 1pm appointment, I was told I didn't have one. There was only one doctor on duty, and he was going on lunch break and would not be back until 2:15pm. The receptionist did not take my information and told me I would be called
