I’m a board-certified chiropractor with advanced certification in physical rehabilitation. My education includes extensive training at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and the Prague School of Rehabilitation in the Czech Republic. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University, where I competed as a Division I cross country and track athlete. With over a decade of experience in endurance sports and injury recovery, I understand first hand the physical and mental toll injuries can take- especially for runners, skiers, cyclists, and mountain athletes. My approach blends clinical expertise with an athlete’s mindset. I’ve completed training in orthopedic post-surgical rehabilitation, including hip labral repairs, ACL reconstructions, shoulder instability, and spinal surgery recovery. Every treatment plan begins with a thorough movement assessment to identify the root cause and combines chiropractic care, manual therapy, soft tissue therapies, and strength-based rehab to achieve long-term results. My goal is to set a high standard of care in the Gunnison Valley and I would love to be a part of your return to function. I’m certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS®), licensed to practice in Colorado, and an active member of several professional organizations.
