What should a new client know about working with you?

My journey to becoming a therapist was sparked by a deep curiosity about human behavior. During college, I was a dual major in psychology and pre-law. One day, as I was reading a criminal law book, I found myself less interested in the legal aspects and more fascinated by the question, “Why did these people do what they did?” That moment was an epiphany for me—I realized that understanding and helping people was where I truly belonged, and I chose to dedicate my life to psychology.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is multifaceted and eclectic, blending techniques and frameworks to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I have a particular interest in narrative therapy, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, and helping clients reframe their stories to create meaningful change.
