About Dr. William Scott
Dr. William T. Scott is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In July 2008 he became a partner at Delaney OB/GYN. He is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Scott practices general obstetrics and gynecology. He also practices high-risk obstetrics and handles minimally invasive laparoscopies and same-day surgeries and does vaginal prolapse surgery such as anterior and posterior repairs.
Growing up in Orlando, Dr. Scott graduated from Boone High School and attended Furman University in South Carolina, where he received his undergraduate degree and a Master’s in Chemistry. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Scott returned to Orlando in 1993, where he completed his residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital. Following his residency, he began his private practice in 1997 in the office of his father, Dr. Tom Scott, who had been an established OB/GYN in Orlando since 1965.
Dr. Scott was married in 2009 and became a proud father to his wife’s two daughters. He enjoys playing golf.

Going to the GYN is kind of an awkward and uncomfortable experience but Dr Scott and his staff are wonderful and make you feel at ease.

The facility is really impressive, it's beautifully kept, well appointed and really spacious/accommodating. They are a standalone building and seem to be able to take care of everything under one roof which is also really great. Dr. Scott was very kind (as was everyone I interacted with). I really appreciated that Dr. Scott was not only a great listener but he was very attentive to my questions, he didn't make me feel rushed in any way and he was very willing to share from his wealth of expert knowledge with me as it related to questions/concerns/inquiries I had about my visit, etc. The location is a bit confusing to get to if you're a first time visitor but once you find it, it's definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Dr.Scott has been my OBGYN for the past 20 years. He delivered my youngest son and has always shown extreme respect and listened carefully whenever I have seen him for any issues, I would absolutely refer him . He is a wonderful doctor.

Been going to Dr Scott for 10 years now. Super great doctor and the new facility is beautiful!! He always spends plenty of time with you and answers any questions you may have. Never makes you feel rushed. Never a place a women looks forward to going to but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Today 6/3/19 was my first appointment and I can truly say that it was a beautiful experience. I know I made the right decision in choosing the place. The staff was friendly and my Obgyn Dr. Scott was so patient and informative. I feel like they received me with arms wide open. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great staff who is kind and professional.
