“Absolutely love Dr. Werden and have been a patient for 20+ years. Absolutely DO NOT like Baycare. Don’t receive return phone calls when messages are left. Medications called in to the pharmacy and if the pharmacy didn’t contact me I wouldn’t know. Dr. Werden is great but staff needs more training and that includes the call center! They should at least know what some common medications are. The corporate office needs to understand patient care and stop focusing on money. ”

This is not an indictment on Dr. Werden's office. The office called a few weeks before and canceled the appointment. Yet, I still got notifications from Zoc Doc about up an upcoming appointment that was canceled. I even got ZocDoc notifications asking me to rate my visit. Obviously, the office and Zoc Doc do not have a mechanism to communicate. It's OK for me but what if this happened to an elderly person who gets confused easily? Poor job Zoc Doc. Clean up your act.

Doctor's appointment was canceled with no contact within 24hours of visit. Iarrived for my appointmant and was informed it was canceled by the office and voicemail left on wife's cell phone. (NO message was left on cell phone or home phone. The office would charge me a cancelation fee, if I canceled day of the appointment. Why is it okay for the office but not the patient???

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Werden for some 20 years, and he has always been one of the most caring doctors we have ever seen. I rarely have to wait to see him when I show up for an appointment, and I remember one time he actually came out to the lobby to call me back because the staff was too busy. Who does that? He listens extremely well and never makes you feel rushed. He provides sound advice and options, and takes your health very seriously. I really can't speak highly enough of him!
