“Dr. Liu listened and checked my records again to make sure about my knees. He didn't take the meeting lightly and I felt secure. There isn't anything better than feeling secure. After the gel shots, I was asked to come for a check-up. I did. Then again in three months for another check-up. This is beyond the 'regular' half-year check-up. I couldn't feel more secure. ”

About Dr. Xin-Nick Liu
Dr. Xin Nick Liu is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who treats all types of orthopedic conditions with a specialty in sports medicine. Dr. Liu started his practice in orthopedics in the Las Vegas area in 2005. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of California, Davis, with honors in biochemistry. He then earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, receiving a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Liu completed his internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at Mount Clemens General Hospital, a Michigan State University-affiliated training hospital. He then completed a sports medicine fellowship at Michigan Knee and Shoulder Institute. Although Dr. Liu enjoys taking care of a variety of orthopedic conditions-such as fracture care and joint replacement for shoulders, knees, and hips, as well as all sports injuries-his passion lies in complex arthroscopic reconstruction of knees, shoulders, elbows, and hips.
